Here at Jackson Pet Emergency Clinic, we are a team of highly trained, experienced animal lovers devoted to giving patients the best Emergency and Critical Veterinary Care possible, especially when patients are at their most vulnerable. We are dedicated to providing the highest level of veterinary Medicine and Surgery together with friendly, compassionate service.
For established Emergency Veterinarians, we offer interesting, diverse, and challenging cases, with manageable caseloads and a fair work-life balance. We also welcome graduating Veterinarians to start their Emergency careers here, ensuring a high level of support and ongoing mentoring.

Our offer
In order to attract talented veterinary professionals like you, we have a flexible approach to remuneration based on your expertise and potential – typically, this will include…
- An appealing annual salary base that will reflect your expertise and experience in the order of $110,000 – 150,000
- Production Bonus potential in the order of 23% paid quarterly
- Sign On-Retention Bonus of $5,000. The first half is to be paid when the contract is signed, and the other half after 1 year of employment

- 7 days of Paid Vacation per year
- 3 Day week/4 day week
