We left our cat in their care for over 2 months and were thrilled with the level of attention and passion. I would give them 6 stars if I could. Our older cat developed a medical issue which they noticed immediately, contacted us, and handled veterinary transport and medication. He was totally pampered (spoiled, even!) and we will definitely bring our cat back here for our next trip. About this role

Kitty Charm School is currently seeking a professional and customer-savvy Practice Manager at our Mill Valley California location who has experience caring for cats, supervising a small team, and managing relationships with customers.
Our practice manager position is full-time and pays a salary of $65k a year.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing kitty reservations
- Purchasing supplies
- Opening and closing Kitty Charm School
- Managing employee schedules
- Providing the highest quality of care to all our whiskered guests
About you
A successful candidate will be a significant kitty lover, pay excellent attention to detail, set and maintain high standards for sanitation and cleanliness, have the exceptional ability to multitask, time manage, and adapt to change. Kitty Charm School will provide significant training to be successful in this role.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 or more years of experience working with cats in a shelter, at a vet, or equivalent experience
- 3 or more years of experience in-store management, team management, or equivalent leadership experience
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, email, etc)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to pass a criminal background screening and reference check
- US work authorization
- MUST LOVE CATS (and be willing to serve them)
Our location
Established in 2011 in Mill Valley California, Kitty Charm School is a 3,000 square foot sunny store-front facility. With 23 private rooms, Kitty Charm School’s cage-free hotel averages 140 square feet per kitty! We believe the kitty is our customer and that each kitty deserves to receive an equal amount of adoring care.
