And that writing a compelling job ad that engages with candidates can sometimes be a confronting exercise, perhaps not even knowing where or how to begin…we’re here to make that easy.
Just like “painting by numbers” our guided approach helps you build up a great Job Campaign, one step at a time, that will help you prepare a compelling Message that we can then use to Reach and Frequently connect with your target audience…and get them to act…to click on the Apply Now button…because as with every successful advertising campaign, be it to consumers or business-to-business, it’s all about Reach, Message and Frequency.

Step 1 – The Foundation
Here you enter the basic essentials such as the Job Title, Location, and Category – these are the primary criteria that we use for targeting and matching candidates with your Job Campaign.
Step 2 – The Story
Without an engaging story, we call it your Message, that draws candidates to explore further and once engaged, gets them to act, you will not easily fill your vacant role. We have conducted extensive research into what makes a Job Campaign successful (and also what does not eg park that equipment list elsewhere), not only the content but also the order in which it needs to appear.
The easiest way to approach this is to download our handy Job Campaign Worksheet by clicking on the big green button above. Step 3 – Polishing
This is where you round out your story with a little flair – add your logo, include your own Social Media links and add a tracking number if you wish.
Step 4 – Preview
Once you click on the Preview button we save a draft which you can then access later via “Your Job Campaign Dashboard” on the left-hand navigation panel.
And there on screen is your Masterpiece, as it will be seen by your target audience – and if you need to edit anything, simply click on Edit Listing; once you are happy with everything click on Preview again and then click the “Pay for listing” button and you will be taken to our Payment Gateway.
Should you need to stop and come back later, the draft of your Job Campaign remains in your Account for 14 days. When it’s time to publish simply log in and click on the “Your Job Campaign Dashboard” link on the left of your Employer page and you will be able to edit and then pay for your listing.
Step 5 – Select Job Campaign Type and Other Regions (Optional)
Here you have the opportunity to choose the intensity of your Job Campaign that you think is most appropriate to reach your target audience for the role you are seeking to fill – Classic, Double Stack, or Triple Stack (our recommended guidelines are there to assist), plus you have the option to choose to reach out to our other global regions to broaden your visibility and reach international prospects.
Step 6 – Payment Gateway
Our payment partner is Stripe and the process is very simple. Just enter your details and click the “Subscribe” button, and then you will return to your Job Campaign Dashboard.
Step 7 – Review & Publish
Once you have submitted your payment, we check spelling and grammar via our Grammarly AI-powered writing assistant. One of our Community Team members then manually reviews your Job Campaign text and checks to see if there is anything missing that we think might enhance your Job Campaign, after which your video is scheduled for production.
Once all this is complete we publish your Job Campaign. Due to the video that we produce, it takes us a little longer to publish your Job Campaign than you may have experienced with jobs media that you may be more familiar with, however, your Job Campaign will always be published as soon as possible and always by the close of business on the next work day.
Once we have published your Job Campaign we will send you an email confirmation and from there we start promoting your Job Campaign across all of our distribution channels – our social network of 308,000+, our weekly email that goes to 81,000+ veterinary professionals, and of course, here on our website.
